Welcome to the 2025 Spring Season Registration


High School Helmet & NEW Uniforms

Please review all information before registering.

The base registration fee is $3,150 (processing fees apply). This can be paid in full or through a three-month payment plan. If you require assistance with fees, please contact us at info@woodlandslax.com.

To ensure timely delivery of all player uniform packs, the registration deadline is November 15, 2024. Registrations submitted after this date will incur a non-refundable late fee of $100.

This season, our required fundraiser is the sale of poinsettias for the holiday season. We encourage each player to sell as many poinsettias as possible, with top sellers eligible for prizes. Alternatively, you may choose the buyout option for $165. Poinsettia sales/order forms must be submitted by Monday, October 28th, 2024. Registrations submitted after this date will increase to $3,315 to include the poinsettia buyout.

All new players must wear The Woodlands High School helmet. If you did not register for our fall session, you will need to purchase one for $200 (MSRP $329.99), which includes a decal. Helmets will be delivered with player packs in January.

NOTE: This year, our club fees reflect a new sponsor initiative program, which allows you to reduce costs by securing new sponsors. We have also eliminated the previous volunteer buyout. However, we encourage all families and participants to engage in game day responsibilities and contribute to fundraising efforts and events as they arise. Your active involvement is vital to our program's success and to minimizing costs for our families.

Family Discounts 

To ensure the registration system recognizes multiple players, please register all players at this time. On the Review Page, click the "Register Another Player" link near the bottom to register each player in the same order. Additional registrations will qualify for a 10% sibling discount at checkout.

US LACROSSE REQUIREMENT

To register, you must first obtain a US Lacrosse membership before returning to this registration session.

  • Step 1: Obtain a US Lacrosse Membership

  • If you do not have a current membership, [click here]. Each athlete must have a unique membership and it must remain valid throughout the entire season.

Step 2: Return to this registration session and proceed. You will need to enter your US Lacrosse Membership ID from Step 1 later in the process.

REFUND POLICY

If a player decides not to participate after registering, a written request must be submitted for review.

  • Prior to November 1: Receive a refund of the registration fee, minus any credit card fees.
  • Between November 1 and November 15: Receive a refund of the registration fee, minus the player pack cost ($275), poinsettia buyout (if applicable), donations (if applicable) and any credit card fees.
  • After December 5: Refund requests will require written submission to the board for review.

Please note that the poinsettia buyout, donations, credit card processing and late fees are all non-refundable. Refunds will be issued by check.
