The Woodlands Mens Lacrosse Club

 Please read all information prior to registering. 

Registration is $2500 (processing fees applied). The base registration can be paid in full or a 6 month Payment Plan starting on  October 1st and will end March 1st. The payment plan will require zero up front during September for base registration fee, but any buyout fees you choose will be due at checkout.  If you need special assistance with fees, please contact Treasurer; Randy Jones at: treasurer@woodlandslax.com

Please note; players are required to participate in club sponsored fundraising. One is the sale of poinsettias for the holiday season.  Player has a choice to sell poinsettias or opt out and pay the buyout fee.   Poinsettia sales forms must be submitted by October 22nd. If registering after October 22nd, registration will be $2650. 

To ensure on time delivery of player packs deadline is November 15th, 2023. - Registrations after November 15th,  will incur late fees increasing the registration fee to $2750.

An additional fee for Varsity players will be added and collected once rosters are established in January. 
Varsity Red (B) $500
Varsity Green (A) - $1000

All new players are required to wear the Woodlands High School Helmet, available for purchase for $200.00 (MSRP 329.99)- decal will be included.  (Will be delivered with player pack) 

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain a US Lacrosse Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE
    •  Each athlete must have their own unique US Lacrosse membership
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Membership ID that you received in Step 1.

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a 15 percent discount on any additional registrants. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

If a player decides not to play after registering, a written request is required for review.

• Prior to November 1, receive a refund of the registration fee minus any credit card fees.  
• After November 15, receive a refund of the registration fee minus player pack ($225) and any credit card fees.  
• Refund requests after December 5th will require written submission to board for review.
• Poinsettia and Volunteer buyout is non-refundable.
• Refunds will be provided by check.
